Meet Rosslyn

I am a passionate and accomplished keynote speaker, facilitator, coach and consultant.

I have over 1,000 hours experience designing and delivering over a hundred-high quality, highly interactive workshops spanning topics including leadership, culture, diversity and inclusion and performance management. Using the latest research in the fields of psychology, neuroscience and management, I combine a passion for enabling participants to understand the relationship between motivation and behaviour with the technical aspects of the training to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

I have extensive experience with culture change projects, as a manager and a consultant, applying principles of psychology and neuroscience as well as contemporary management principles to facilitate the change.

As a certified executive coach (ACC with ICF) with over 500 hours of coaching experience, I apply a strengths-based approach to personal and professional development, emphasising emotional intelligence and referencing positive psychology and neuroscience. Through this approach, I have helped numerous clients achieve remarkable professional results.

I have held leadership and management positions across the government, higher education, not-for-profit and private sectors. I have considerable experience working with individuals, teams, senior managers and executives across multiple sectors and complex management issues.

I have extensive leadership and strategic planning experience including program evaluations, with a specific interest in the effective management of performance management as a key driver of strategic business success.
